1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gf666 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the gf666 website located at gf666.bio, including all content, features, games, promotions, and services available thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the gf666 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 3 Account Registration

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. gf666 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals queued pending verification.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Accounts under review, restricted, or self-excluded are not eligible for promotions.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible games, and a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

6 User Obligations

As a registered user of the gf666 Platform, you agree to observe the following obligations at all times:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Notify gf666 promptly of any changes to your registered contact details or payment information.
• Use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not use gf666 in connection with any commercial enterprise, business activity, or for the financial benefit of any third party.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction in relation to online gambling and the use of the internet.
• Not use the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment to the degree that you cannot make informed betting decisions.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software or algorithm used by gf666.
• Report any errors, bugs, or software malfunctions to the gf666 support team immediately and refrain from exploiting any such error for financial gain. Winnings derived from exploiting a known malfunction are not payable.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gf666 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action being taken against you:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or otherwise deceiving gf666 during registration or any verification process.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. gf666 is obligated to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.

• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider in relation to a transaction that was validly processed by gf666. Any account found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended and the disputed amount recovered from the account balance where possible.

• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any pricing error, display error, technical malfunction, or software glitch on the Platform. gf666 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances.

8 Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your gf666 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, gf666 will process account closure within two (2) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds — will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements are satisfied.

Closure by gf666

gf666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour toward gf666 or other users of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months may be deemed inactive; any remaining balance will be held for a further 12 months before being subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable law).

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure by either party, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. gf666 will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and our data retention policy, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.
